Thievon-Wright Consulting Group, Woodland International Research Group, Woodland Research Northwest and St. Louis Clinical Trials merged to form Evolution Research Group in 2014. Our long-standing elite site network remains intact and is stronger than ever. Since then, we acquired two sites from within our network (Pacific Research Network in San Diego and Midwest Clinical Research Center in Dayton, OH) as well as Clinical Pharmacology of Miami, a leader in the field of phase 1 clinical trial execution. ERG specializes in early and late stage complex trial execution, with a strong focus in psychiatry, neurology, sleep, addiction, pain, renal insufficiency, hepatic impairment, diabetes, sexual dysfunction, smoking cessation, among others. As the largest independent research site company, we have been fortunate to work with all of the top pharmaceutical sponsors, biotechnology organizations, specialty pharma groups, as well as large global and small specializes CROs over the past 18 years.

As Chairman of the Board, I provided advice and counsel management as needed, transitioned high level client relationships to the new CEO, supported ERG's growth efforts by leading acquisition activities.

Founded and managed the company, which provided consulting services to the largest affiliate network of CNS sites, for 16 years until it was acquired through merger and the formation of Evolution Research Group, LLC (ERG) in 2014. Services included study placement, budget and contract negotiations, client management, financial advice, transactional advice, quality and compliance support, among others. TWCG successfully supported the growth of more than a dozen clinical research site businesses, resulting in their transacting with both financial and strategic buyers.

As VP of Network Development I was responsible for the formation of investigator networks in psychiatry, women's health, cardiology and others. As VP of Business Development, I was then responsible for managing all activities related to procuring clinical research trials to be executed by sites within the network.
