Achievements:-Contributed in developing and validating immunassays for regulatory approval-Drafted and reviewed documents to transfer research work to contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)-Mentored scientists for scientific and soft skills-Collaborated with other departments to commercialize ELISA based kits-Participated in the biomarker panel screening for different cancer types, including breast cancer, lung cancer, and gastric cancer
