As the Project Coordinator for the CSC School of Business, Entrepreneurship, Applied and Mathematical Sciences and Sciences (BEAMSS) I oversaw the Chadron State College MBA graduate program.This included collaborating with Administration, Business Academy faculty, Admissions, Registrar and Graduate office staff to develop & implement policy and procedure changes to streamline administrative processesI developed & implemented customer service practices to improve student admissions and retention and was responsible for maintaining student data for the program. I provided support to a diverse group of students and served as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative personnel.

Utilized my skills as a business consultant to assist new and existing business in developing business plans, exit strategies, or business valuation as director of the NBDC. My duties included assisting clients with compiling financial statements and project proposals for loan applications. In addition, I coordinated community events for the NBDC including educational workshops and program development.My duties included development and implementation of the center marketing plan to meet state wide key performance indicators. I also oversaw the NBDC budget and expenditures.
