I help people and organizations create open, positive, and inclusive environments through my speaking, training, and consulting. Since 2009, I have had the pleasure to work with audiences across the country to help them learn, grow, and develop positive practices for their organizations. I enjoy working with people and organizations who want to motivate their staff, build a teamwork environment, and create an internal culture where staff are energized and excited about their organization’s mission and vision. I work to create a positive environment in all my sessions, encouraging open dialogue, and thought-provoking exercises, along with a healthy dose of fun. My goal is to give everyone who attends more tools to connect, help them better understand their challenges, and create positive practices and relationships in their daily lives.I’ve spoken and trained nationally on Positive Youth Development, Community Networking and Organizational Relationship Building. I specialize in delivering training on Staff Support, Management Techniques, Program Development and Non-Profit Management. I also provide training surrounding the issue of suicide prevention and intervention as an ASIST Consulting Trainer and a Master SafeTALK Trainer. I am proud to say I consistently get excellent ratings from session participants as well as conference organizers. I love having opportunities to make an impact with communities, organizations, and the people who make a difference every day in our world.
