Management of the accounting & finance, human resources, facilities and support functions, including the following:- Technical accounting research on software revenue recognition and internally developed software, including operational impacts to the company and sales process- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP- Communication with ownership group on financial matters- Ensuring proper accounting controls are in place and operating effectively- Management of external and internal audits- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget- Develop and disseminate pricing for licensing and related hardware- Develop and maintain annual budget and 5 year forecast- Managed implementation of new ERP system as well as implementation of Adaptive Insights- Manage leases and facilities needs (managed $5MM renovation of our facilities, completed in 2019 and under budget)- Manage support function- Manage human resources function

• Perform external audits, reviews, and compilations for various companies, focusing in the hospitality industry (casinos, hotels, and restaurants)• Perform consulting services to assist in evaluation of internal controls related to hotel operations and food & beverage operations.• Member of the Real Estate Assurance committee• Member of the Employee Benefit Plan services group - performing audits of employee benefit plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

The purpose of the HFTP Education Advisory Council is to make recommendations for education topics that are specific to the membership. This Council will make suggestions to the HFTP staff liaison for planning the education programs for the professional development seminars, The Annual Convention & Tradeshow, and other educational endeavors as assigned.
