I love to solve problems. You can't beat the thrill of figuring out an answer that hasn't been thought of. It has become a great passion of mine to solve problems in resourceful and creative ways. I enjoy looking at things from all the different angles and figuring out a solution that hasn't been tried yet. Whether its assisting a client with a tough question, figuring out a logistical nightmare or simply finding the best solution with a limited budget, I am happily on the case. I have spent the past few years working within the eCommerce environment and it has taught me the value of excellent customer service (both B2B and retail), as well as the many ins and outs to the mechanics required to be successful in business. I enjoy researching the many options, consulting with the experts around me and recommending the perfect product. Working for a small company has come with its own unique tests that have certainly worked my creative side. If you could mix account management and project management you would cover many of the roles I take on. In addition to that, I have figured out cloud based solutions on a limited budget, become an HR expert on a dime and created visuals for a variety of projects which has kept me on my toes and always ready to jump in to the next challenge. My life motto is I can learn anything! And I live it out daily, because there is great joy in learning. You can't be all work and no play though! I am an active member of my local Jr. League, a part of an amazing mastermind group and an Alice's Table Event Exec. I love being a part of these groups where I can cultivate relationships with amazing people and put my unique talents to work for the greater good.
