I was a Project Manager for LuxOttica Group S.p.A. and working on the implementation of an application for the LuxOttica Sales Force iPad.This role involved the relationship between various offices: the Digital Team, WorldSales, Brand Management, IT, the software-house, which projected the application iLuxottica and all foreign branches of LuxOttica.Starting from the briefing, given to the brand managers, I coordinated the project team (composed of graphic designers, the production and data entry departments) and was responsible for its activities. I selected suppliers, such as copy writers and translators and was responsible for the detailed preparation of the budget as well as accounting.

Start-up of a new Milan office branch of a Tour Operator. Established the brand identity and positioning, researched new business opportunities and maintained working relationships in the overall market. Planned and prepared sales presentations. I organized Conferences for Continuing Education Credits (ECM, UEMS). Liaised with Scientifics Societies to define their requirements, the scientific program and the conference target. Promotional events and communication projects included: the target definition, preparation of the web-site 2.0, creating marketing materials, direct e-mails and press releases. Declaration of the conference project to the Italian Authority: Ministero della Salute and AIFA. I was responsible for getting sponsorship, for the event, from Pharmaceutical Companies. This involved promoting their products, exhibition area sponsorship and new product launches. In addition, I prepared the budget and power point presentations for clients, contacted opinion leaders, researched speakers, suppliers: venues, interpreters, staff, audio-visuals companies, carters, entertainers and liaised with the press. I worked with all departments in the AIM Group International which were involved with the event organization including: Legal, Accounting, Accommodation, Travel, Graphic Design and Executive Staff. Supervised the event to ensure smooth running. Coordinated suppliers, handling client queries.
