The Director of Human Resources serves as part of the Physicians Division's Leadership team as well as Leader to the HR Business Partner team that is designed to provide strategic HR solutions to business problems, and provide value added HR consultative services and input into strategic business initiatives. Partners with Directors of HR COE's to develop and deliver HR solutions and programs to the business. Leads projects, HR Strategy development and implementation, and HR Workforce Development strategies and analytics.

Administers, coordinates, and supports organizational HR strategy, programs and services. Work with unit leaders to develop strong leadership and supports a coaching culture that fosters high performance, learning and accountability. Serves as an internal consultant to the Administrative and Leadership team and staff regarding HR policy and practice interpretation as it relates to business operations. Partners with leaders, managers and employees on all HR matters including compensation, performance management; resolves complex Employee Relations issues and conducts complex investigations in an objective and effective manner.

As a member of the HR Leadership team, I succeeded in introducing the HR Business Partner model while fully owning the performance of the HR Business Partner team. In my capacity, I spearheaded HR solution development and delivery, employee relations management & engagement, and key HR policy & procedure development. Involved in HR strategy such as Succession Planning and Remote Work and the implementation of Career development programs that included components such as career mapping, job shadowing, and mentoring programs among others; lead for workforce module of HRIS design and implementation.

Director and HR Strategic Business Partner for an international business unit spread across locations within the US, India, and Costa Rica, ensuring consistent and effective execution of all HR policies, processes, and programs. I played a key role on the US Corporate HR team, providing leadership in enterprise-wide strategic planning and program management to include compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). I also advised on employee relations issues and led internal domestic and global investigations.
