Healthcare Account Manager
As a Healthcare Rep for Lanier, I sold network based digital dictation and transcription services to all of the hospitals and large clinics in the state of Arizona. I worked with the HIM directors to make sure all of their dictation and transcription needs were JCAHO compliant. I sold the first C-quence system on the West Coast to Havasu Regional Hospital. This was the first dictation/transcription system for our company that used the current network infrastructure of the hospital to move compressed voice files over their own network. I received an award and bonus check from Platinum Equity Group, who purchased Lanier Healthcare, for my efforts.

National Account Facilities Manager
Worked with Lanier's national accounts to fulfill all of their outsourced printing needs. I was able to bring Disney Stores on board and we became their number one printing vendor. We printed and fulfilled all of the literature that was dispersed nationwide to all of the Disney Stores. I also was able to bring UCLA bookstore on board. We printed the customized text books that the professors created for their classes. Due to the large volume of work between the Disney account and UCLA, Lanier's facilities management department opened up another location in downtown LA. I was able to get these large accounts by asking them to try out our services as their back-up vendor. We were able to offer them national account pricing discounts and fulfilled all of their orders in a timely matter. I under promised and over delivered and that was my key to success along with great customer service skills.
