Global Human Resources leader for multiple teams across Randstad Enterprise. This role is the strategic HR partner for global client delivery teams and various functional teams. Leads the organization in talent engagement, succession, and HR operational efficiency programs.

Provides leadership and innovation to the development and delivery of HR solutions for Randstad Sourceright North Amercia as well the global RSR Client Delivery organization. Leads HR development and support for Randstad Enterprise Sales.

Leadership partner for Randstad Sourceright North America who develops and executes organizational strategies and processes to align talent with business goals. Provides support and coaching to the regional leadership team. In addition, leads global initiatives for the business that elevate employee engagement and client satisfaction. As a business partner, provides expertise and guidance in all areas of organization support, including HR & business strategy alignment, organization design, workforce planning, culture and change management, development and coaching, pipeline development, and succession planning.

Responsible for developing a proactive, customer driven HR department for multi -state employer (estimated 370 employees); responsibilities included recruiting, training, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance and safety.
