I work with libraries to help them leverage state-of-the-art technologies to modernize their operations, reduce operating expenses, improve ergonomics for staff - all while enhancing the patron experience. My expertise is in the areas of automated materials handling systems, sorters, self-service technologies, and RFID. The Web Services Division of The Galecia Group offers training in AI including delivering our training on our PLAID (Public Libraries and AI Discovery) platform. Our workshops are dynamic, fun and hands off.Since COVID, we have been offering LibraryCall services including Dial-a-Story Studio and Storytime Direct - both services deliver audio content over the phone and online. We also publish children's audiobooks in English and Spanish which are delivered through our Storytime Direct service. These stories are also distributed globally via Blackstone Publishing.
