The book helps agencies to evaluate Account Management more objectively and strategically, as if it was a brand. Through this lens, Lori guides agencies through the process of resetting and rebuilding the role with a business-first focus. By activating The Agency Within Us (works as a leadership accelerant), agencies can drive more value through proactive Client Leadership that’s accountable to growth, collaboration and creativity.In the Fall of 2023, Lori launched a unique, live learning and development program: Building Business Acumen. The Fall 2024 cohort is currently underway with AI as part of the toolkit. Our plans for 2025 include a nimble, on-demand version of Building Business Acumen.
