My responsibilities include:* Managing the overall editorial process and design of inChemistry magazine* Managing the conversion of inChemistry magazine from a primarily print publication to an online publication.* Developing and maintaining ACS career resources, including the College to Career Website * Managing and supporting undergraduate programming at ACS meetings* Assisting with developing and tracking the annual budget for the Undergraduate Programs Office* Communicating and coordinating marketing activities targeted at undergraduates across the Society.

My responsibilities included:* Coordinating the creation and promotion of career resources for students.* Contributing content, working with authors, and acquiring advertisements for a student magazine.* Promoting and marketing student resources.* Assisting with planning and coordinating national meeting events for students.* Coordinating the meeting logistics for student events.
