I also represent individuals in a variety of family-based immigration matters, including marriage-based permanent residence, and provide advice on immigrant and non-immigrant visa consular processing. I have particular expertise representing growth-stage software and technology companies, biotech/pharma and life sciences companies, medical professionals, as well as overseas entities desiring or having a U.S. presence and global retail companies.
