My work energizes me—especially because I’m always searching for new, innovative strategies that we can employ to keep our messaging fresh. I encourage my teams to find imaginative solutions to promote our brand in ways that break through the noise of a fast-moving digital world.At Sammons Financial Group, I am fortunate to be able to work with creative, talented people who truly work well together. Day to day I focus on several key questions, including:• what actions can we take to more effectively market our value and product offerings?• how can we excel at what we do? • how can I challenge my team and help them improve?When I’m away from work, you’ll find me caring for hundreds of blooms in my perennial flower garden-–my husband and I enjoy spending time together working in the garden. I’m also an avid photographer.
