Lori Brady has almost 20 years in the Multifamily Real Estate Industry. Her career began at Fairfield Residential in the Development department where she invented a new way of reviewing comparables and researching markets for new developments which included working with proforma rents to determine the best development areas. Lori quickly moved into the Asset Management department, where she organized financial data and reports for all Assets (including condos, student housing and multifamily). These responsibilities included case flow forecasting, acquisition and disposition underwriting, analyzing current assets strategies, and ad-ho reporting for investors and senior management. Her next step was to joined Billingsley Residential as an Account Analyst. During which time, she worked on all accounting needs for one the largest apartment complexes in the D/FW area and was responsible for maintaining general ledgers, reconciling bank statements, collecting rent, processing accounts payables while assisting with residents’ concerns and questions. Lori has now been with RealPage for over 10 years and has been involved with multiple project ranging from implementing new sites to assessing risk of clients using Pricing Advisory Service. Her technical skills increased by learning SQL and SQLPostgres to trouble shoot issues, determine product integrity and maintain multiple products for their Revenue Management division. She completed her Data Science Visualization Certificate from SMU Continuing Education Boot-camp in July 2019. Her confidence and skills have grown immeasurably while learning multiple programming languages such as Fundamental Statistics, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, and touching on advanced topics like Tableau, AI, and Machine Learning. This has allowed her to move into the Business Intelligence and Performance Analytics division of RealPage. Afterwards she quickly became a Senior Manager overseeing 12 different products with a team of 4 direct reports. Currently is working to get her ITIL V4 Foundations certificate in July 2022.
