CurrentAs founder and President of Carpenter Legal Search, Inc. (CLS), I lead the firm’s management and business development activities and am active in executing General Counsel and other senior level search assignments for corporate clients in a wide variety of industries and companies ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to emerging growth enterprises. I also support a diverse law firm clientele with lateral partner acquisitions and practice group mergers. Developing close relationships with clients and candidates enables me to not only find candidates who meet the requisite criteria for a search, but it also assists in determining whether an individual would have overall compatibility and be a cultural fit with a corporate or law firm client. A trusted advisor to CLS' clients, my counsel is regularly sought on current hiring needs, growth strategies, and succession planning. I frequently consult with General Counsels and law firm Managing Partners to share in-depth market knowledge and feel privileged to have contributed on many levels to the success of the firm's clients.
