I have extensive experience is B2B sales working in the Technology and Medical industries for the majority of my career. During this time, I achieved President Club status on several occasions, was consistently asked to mentor other reps and participate in leadership activities. I am competitive person and always worked tirelessly to rank among the top producers in all of the companies that I represented. Several years ago, I decided to marry my passion for fitness and wellness with this background and became an independent consultant for Arbonne, quickly moving up to an Area Manager status. I then worked for an Orangetheory Fitness franchisee and created a Corporate Outreach/Wellness program which was then adopted by the Southern CA region. This led to my involvement with VibeFlow where ultimately I became the Operations Partner, running the day to day operations through the Covid shutdown and the various re-openings over the course of 2 1/2 years. In 2021 I was nominated for the Leukemia & Lymphoma's Man/Woman of the Year Campaign for 2022. Over a 10-week period of time, I raised close to $80,000 for LLS and was part of a record-breaking team raising over $1.5 million. In 2023, I formed an llc Cavallo FIT Consulting where I continue to promote wellness products via Arbonne and am also set up to consult with the boutique fitness industry. As of May 2024, I am consulting with VibeFlow with a focus on strategic partnerships and Corporate Wellness outreach.
