She has extensive knowledge in the benefits administration/claims processing industry, with over 15 years of experience as a Senior Functional Architect and Project Manager. Her extensive background and experience in this area includes legacy system modernizations, new application development, system implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support. Lori has strong leadership skills, which has resulted in strong project teams that continually produce high quality applications, in addition to strong client relationships that have spanned almost two decades.
