I have a total of 22 years professional experience in the Life Insurance Industry, with 7 years in a management role. In my experience as a Manager, I have owned the management and career development of many team members, organized quarterly employee meetings, company events and celebrations, played active roles in many projects and worked closely with the Project Management teams to ensure seamless implementations of program, system and process changes. In my role of organizing quarterly meetings, I have developed a strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as my presentation skills to large groups. Throughout my experience in professional career, I have become proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with experience using Access and SharePoint.
