Human Resources Manager
Current• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees seeking information about employment policies and benefits.• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.• Assist finance in the generation of payroll.• Assist contract management in implementing government required employee training.• Manage recruiting process from start to finish for all open company positions.• Manage benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and assisting with the annual reevaluation of benefit programs for cost effectiveness.• Provide high level recommendations to management/ownership on various HR subjects including: employee relations situations, benefits administration, compensation, and employment/HR law interpretation.• Implement and annually update compensation program which includes: creating/rewriting/updating job descriptions as needed, analyzing compensation, and developing salary ranges.• Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.• Provide employee counseling and manage employee relations in coordination with department managers.• Advise and mentor managers on approaches to human resource related matters.• Maintain applicant tracking database and prepare reports for required Affirmative Action Plans.
