• Oversee and coordinate compliance of Local, State and Federal agency licensing requirements as they pertain to our companies needs.• Assist the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) with firearm issues and investigations.• Assist with New Store openings and closings; currently I work with 114 stores in 23 states.• Helped attain approximately 600 licenses for our stores.• Processed about 1,000 Firearms Transfer Requests.• Research Sporting Tactical regulations and state laws for our stores. Sent out guidelines to stores.• Helped attain Scuba in our locations, set stores up with appropriate agency for Air test kits and certification.• Obtained variances for all our New York stores to carry smokeless powder. Put manuals together for all stores with laws, processes, forms and emergency action plans.• Set up many of our stores as a Game Check Station with coordinating DNR’s.• Maintain files and databases for projects assigned.

I worked in several departments over my time in this area. I would talk to vendors about our orders that I had placed. I wrote Purchase Orders for my department, added new items into our database. I worked with the Certificaticate of Insurance that our vendors supplied us with. I would update cost/retail changes that we would incur.
