I have 25+ years of significant experience implementing MEDITECH clinical information systems with a focus on Order Management/CPOE/EMR and PCM as well as Medical Necessity and ICD-9/ICD-10 Coding. I have both management and mentoring experience as well as experience in software design and Agile development processes. Most recently, I have moved into the role of Customer Success Manager where I work with our post LIVE strategic Expanse customers on their strategic initiatives regarding optimization, Expanse migration pathway plans as well as meaningful use certifications and ARRA initiatives. I work as a liaison between Hospital C-level executives, the Sales Reps and MEDITECH corporate executives to ensure projects remain on track and are successful and that customer satisfaction and retention is maintained.
