I have had guardianship over my grandson as an infant and he is now over four . We are in a period of him transitioning back with his mother. Although their were many rewards in seeing that his safety, medical, and essential life skills were met, it is time for me to return to the outside workforce. I am excited about what new doors and adventures hold for me. My careers have been filled with many skills that I have developed over the years. One of the most important to me is the hard work and dedication that I put into any job. And that I am a very expedient learner that is eager to jump in and get the job done correctly and effectively. It is also essential to me to bring out my time management skills and social skills. I love to achieve my set goals and go beyond. I have excellent management and leader skills, that bring out my problem solving skills, for instance if I have a problem I research and execute the best plan of action; by creating a better understanding with those who it affects by communicating with them to ensure their needs are met and how I can make them happy and comfortable with any situation. I will create a great report with people by doing my homework in creating data sheets, to better educate them on what procedures and practices I will be using to accommodate them with their needs. With my time management skill I will be keeping it all within their timeframe. So the customer knows exactly what to expect and know when the job will be completed. I am a hands on person who wants to be involved. My skills are not just being a quick, hard and dedicated worker. But they also include Customer Service, Management , Leadership, Team Work, Problem Solving, Time Management, analytical thinking, And Communication Skills, Sales, Data Entry , as well as impeccable and Essential Decision Making skills.
