I am a wife and a mother of two children and a step mother to a 3rd bonus child. I take the role as a mother and wife with highest honor and regard.I am also a business owner and consultant to the hospitality industry. I am an expert in the regulatory compliance requirements for the hospitality industry. Since 2001, my expertise has been focused on the hospitality and retail industry providing the knowledge and certifications needed to meet state regulatory compliances specifically for food safety, alcohol compliance, HR legal compliance and sexual harassment prevention. I have provided the hospitality industry with the knowledge needed to meet food safety and sanitation standards as outlined by the CDC and the FDA food code.My previous work successes included working for Bp Oil Co. My past employment included roles as; training manager, HR manager and territory manager. My philanthropy and personal successes includes a supreme court appointed advocate position for abused and neglected children through the GAL program.
