Over the last 13 years in the restoration industry I have been privileged to gain a wealth of knowledge as it relates to property and contents restoration. Experienced in account management, relationship building, estimating, project management, operations employee engagement, and administrative processes. Continuously work to implement new and manage existing property repair programs. Collaborate with our cross functional teams to ensure that we are working effectively and efficiently to support our clients, as well as organizational growth and continued stability. Our first priority is to get our customers back to their lives! I oversee the claims department which is responsible for all administrative tasks in relation to our emergency services divisions. My department is responsible for customer satisfaction, communication with all pertinent parties, effective & accurate documentation, as well as timely invoicing & profitability. I also manage program compliance & development within the emergency services division.
