Lori has an extensive global business, results-oriented experience in change management and organizational development - launching initiatives from concept to completion, realigning processes and people to improve performance and building capabilities to expand the business and produce results. Spending years abroad in both China and Western Europe built a deep understanding of global business, markets, and cultures. She has learned five languages and working on more.Lori currently is a business consultant with SAP, leading end-to-end Organizational Change Management OCM initiatives in numerous Fortune 100/500 corporations, conducting discovery workshops for roadmap design, assessing project value and building out the OCM initiative within SAP. She was also the North American Rollout Manager in change management overseeing success for a major internal initiative.Lori worked as a Vice President with Kinsella Group, an investment bank in the world of mergers and acquisitions focused on the medical devices and aerospace components sectors. Achieving five promotions in eleven years with a large, international manufacturing corporation, Lori was responsible for or contributed to the launch or development of numerous departments and initiatives, landing in strategic planning. As a President and Director of Client Services for community economic development corporations, Lori consulted with hundreds of business executives through the challenges of expanding or launching their business - project review, financial analysis, business/project plan development, organization/management development, market research, network referral, and financing (private equity, angel, bank, local, state, federal). Lori launched the region's first angel network.Having been on a half dozen boards and having launched numerous community initiatives, she enjoys building and motivating the community around her. Her current board position is with CeCe's Hope Center, a resource for victims of human trafficking.
