Creating ambitious strategic plans with the Board was a lot easier than delighting our customers.How can we engineer our organisations to deliver what our customers want, balancing the needs of all our stakeholders? How can everyone’s role become meaningful, aligning individual and corporate objectives? Searching constantly for useful answers to questions like these, drawing on my background in finance and motive psychology, I support and challenge leaders to refocus on what really matters and get it done.
