This includes support and maintenance of the HR Management System to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, analyzing data, supporting upgrades, testing, troubleshooting and other technical projects as assigned. Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintaining employee relations, disciplinary actions, status changes, and wage and salary administration. Performing local recruitment and job placement for Missouri by conducting screening interviews, checking references and background status, evaluating applicant qualifications, arranging for follow up interviews, and processing new hires. Coordinates all Human Resources requirements and documentation for new hires such as sign-ups, drug tests, physicals, etc; Maintaining employment according to established guidelines and laws; to include benefits, employee relations, disciplinary actions, safety, and wage and salary administration; Performs HR System related tasks to support the HR Director and Department, including but not limited to: •data analysis and reporting from various HR systems •Investigate or identifies HR system solutions by conferring with operators and 3rd party technology specialists• Maintains systems by maintaining data integrity; identifying, researching, and analyzing problems; implementing improvements; user guides, and system tables, codes, and security profiles; researching data discrepancies through audits.
