Operations Support Manager
Current Improve understanding of each Strategic Partner’s (SP’s) lending program and support their Management Group in formulating strategies to mitigate and control operational risk. Lead critical project initiatives which are designed to control and mitigate reputational risk also evaluate and control operational consistency and best practices across all SP programs. Instrumental in implementation process when new SP’s are on-boarded to ensure all phases of the activity are tracked and reported to the SP team, as needed. Review all Program Agreements to assess and monitor contractual objectives as well as perform all internal audits through collaboration with Bank consultants and coordination of all oversight audit activity. Represent SP Group during LEAN initiatives with operational impact to SP Oversight. Efficiently execute recruitment and placement of required staff, establish work schedules also monitor and evaluate performance of Bank’s receptionist positions. Address key business initiatives and requests interact with the Bank’s senior Executive Team, participate in the Customer Advocacy Committee and lead special assignments of the committee.
