I developed The Hood Group High Stakes Performance℠ (HSP) method, which increases human focus and performance while reducing the potential for trauma and burnout. HSP teaches individuals how to consistently and predictably function in (acute and long-term) high-stress environments while maintaining access to their minds, bodies, and the full range of their abilities. HSP allows individuals to be fully present for their work and manage their energy and resources in a focused, efficient manner. The High Stakes Performance Method also teaches individuals to release their work when it is finished, which, when combined with more efficient use of mental and physical resources, dramatically reduces the potential for burnout.
