A seasoned strategic fund raiser for a $135 million foundation, with an extensive and diverse background that spans more than 20 years and multiple facets of philanthropic investment. I love a challenge, and I greatly enjoy the energy that is created during the collaborative process. My greatest passions are writing and public speaking, and I feel blessed to be able to use my talents to make a difference in my community. My genuine interest in others, high emotional intelligence and love of research has provided me with a firm foundation to support professional growth, and I count the millions of dollars I've raised to support a variety of patient and caregiver programs during my tenure at Overlook Medical Center as one of my proudest achievements. I have extensive experience in program development, strategic communications and nonprofit marketing, and I speak three languages: English, Spanish and German. When I’m not spending time with my family I am volunteering in my community. In my personal life I enjoy the arts including music, dance, film and literature; I am a writer of poetry, essays, short stories and book concepts; and I love to spend time in the outdoors hiking, canoeing and exploring new places.
