Mr. Mouklas has worked on large Commercial, Federal, DoD, State and City projects. He designed the Infrastructure for the largest Service or Supply Parts Planning user in the world. He designed the infrastructure and led the team that implemented a DoD SAP client on the first Federally certified Public Cloud. Mr. Mouklas has worked on advanced SAP In Memory Technologies such as Business Warehouse Accelerator (BWA) and HANA. He has been a member of successful proposal teams on International, Federal, DoD, County, State and City SAP proposals. For the proposal responses he researched and analyzed RFP technical requirements and architected inovative, industry leading technical designs to meet them.

Designed and implemented Pearson SAP 3.1I Finance and Sales and Distribution environments. In a study by Gartner, Pearson’s SAP 3.1I Infrastructure was found to best of breed in relation to the complexity of the business application. It was found to be first out of thirty similar sized customers in performance and reliability and below average in cost. Designed Pearson worldwide SAP 4.6 environment. The design utilized Linux and SAN and was aimed at being first in all Gartner categories, including cost. Supported the key Business Initiatives of Pearson's groups, Simon & Schuster (outsourced to Pearson) and critical central project teams by completing required Information Systems projects on time and on budget. Managed teams responsible for the Unix, SAP Basis and Web Infrastructures and their support. This work included server and storage design, second level system support, service level conformance, SAP project technical support, vendor liaison and data center network design. Group had approximately 20 analysts and consultants with a budget of over 5 million a year. Worked on “follow the sun” 3 time zone support structure. Completed design to run Australian business from U.S. based SAP system taking into account time zone and networking issues. Developed Information Technology Roadmap for Pearson CIO to achieve economies of scale from “built by acquisition” media company. Worked with Pearson Group CTOs on IT Standards and Processes. Designed the Infrastructure for the Pearson global Image Library, the first project in the Content Architecture program.
