As a seasoned leader, facilitator, strategic planner and healthcare architect, I specialize in guiding clients and multi-disciplinary teams to successful outcomes on a diverse range of projects. I particularly enjoy uncovering my clients’ greatest opportunities and challenges, analyzing complex data and applying strategic filters to identify the best possible solutions, and tailoring my team’s communications to enable stakeholders to drive informed and timely decisions. An invited speaker at industry conferences, I have presented at local and national conferences, including Healthcare Design and the AIA Architecture for Health Committee.After 25 years in the industry, my passion has slowly shifted toward efforts involving the integration of services and spaces that care for the whole person - both body and mind. Inpatient mental health spaces with direct access to diagnostic and treatment modalities can minimize stress and improve access to care. Crisis centers where staff manage mental and behavioral health issues, hypertension, wound care, and other common health issues allow patients to get straight to the care they need. These cross-over services allow us to maximize the potential positive impact on the communities we serve, and I'm all in for that.
