About Lori Galbraith

Dyslexia Practitioner Structured Literacy work: Skilled at working with frustrated students who have lost motivation, worry that they are not able to learn or keep up, and guess often rather than employing strategies. Love working with discouraged learners who are often very often bright kids who just learn differently and need visual, auditory and kinesthetic input to “get it.” It is especially great (when possible) to work with young students before they struggle for too long before getting customized help. Yes, I help academically for sure, but seeing the child’s confidence grow as their skills do is one of my greatest joys!Top personal strengths from "Strength Finder" assessment are: Achiever, Learner, Strategic, Ideation, Positivity and Responsibility.Non-profit work: Skilled at relationship building, resource development, program start-up, management, recruiting, organizing, training, marketing and communications.
