Responsible for daily client interface and program management reporting for $285 Million Bond A/AA Capital Improvements Program at East Los Angeles College, along with daily design and program management of the new $85 Million Performing and Fine Arts Complex, Weingart Stadium Improvements, and EIR/ Master-planning for proposed new satellite campus in the City of South Gate.

Caltrans District 7 Headquarters – Los Angeles, CAResponsible for preconstruction, design management, cost control, and on-site project management for this $165 million new office headquarters facility for the State of California Department of Transportation’s District 7, on a fast-track design/build basis, from initial design competition and award through program verification, design, systems confirmations, public bid subcontractor procurement, contracts administration, and daily on-site project management duties, with specific focus on the exterior skin. Additional responsibilities included providing pre-construction, estimating, competitive bidding, and contract administration support for the Western Region on an as-needed basis, on a variety of projects in the commercial, healthcare, judicial, and educational market sectors.
