Based on findings, re-designed enterprise software user entitlement module to enhance internal controls and exceed requirements for managing fiduciary funds. • Oversaw creation and implementation of a company-wide process and reporting to manage state-specific due diligence and escheatment requirements, allowing Operations staff to focus on business needs while Trust Accounting handled these monitoring and reporting activities. • Consolidated 1099-S reporting to assure accurate, timely filings and manage all IRS inquiries to eliminate $50k + in annual IRS penalties and substantially reduce customer inquiries. • Successfully managed over 40 bank relationships with 400 + bank accounts, including service reviews, fee comparisons, reporting, user provisioning and re-validation. • Consolidated banking relationships, reducing annual service charges by over $100k across TRG, while also creating efficiencies and reducing risk. • Worked through three enterprise software development and implementation projects, representing the needs for trust accounting, general accounting and operational reporting. • Collaborated with business and IT in designing and implementing $AFE, an application which interfaces with vendor and enterprise software to electronically pay agent commissions immediately upon closing of a real estate transaction. -
