• Hired and developed teams to establish and manage the Trust Accounting department and all aspects of banking relationships for TRG’s 40 companies.

• Successfully managed over 40 bank relationships with 400 + bank accounts, including service reviews, fee comparisons, reporting, user provisioning and re-validation.

• Developed processes and oversaw incoming and outgoing wire transfers for escrow and operating accounts.
• Created a tool to manage the construction disbursement process, including accounting for individual draws, budget vs.actual costs, and tracking lien waivers.
• Developed forms/procedures for funding escrow shortages along with reporting on areas for training focus and individuals in need of coaching. This later served as a model for use nationally.
• Successfully designed commission plans to motivate staff and reward our most successful performers. Many of these have been adopted by other TRG companies.
