She also works as an advisor, coach, and guide for founders, CEOs, Executive Directors, and leadership teams whose organizations focus on systemic change with an emphasis on social, economic, and environmental justice.Lori launched GRTL in 2002 after leaving her role as President and COO in the manufacturing sector to pursue her commitment to supporting the flourishing of people and organizations. She has training and expertise in the areas of mindfulness, martial arts, healing arts, spirituality, entrepreneurialism, social impact, and mission-driven business. Lori was a professor, community builder, and Co-Chair of Marlboro College’s Graduate and Professional Studies Management Programs from its founding for over ten years.
