What I did: I was on a team called Colleague Experience and Technology and I built and led a network of more than 160 amazing employees from throughout VMware. The goal? To partner closely with internal IT teams to provide insights and feedback as well as influence and support tech adoption across the company. In short, the network was designed to help.

• I led a team that managed all aspects of the company's digital workplace, including consulting with and supporting leaders, teams and employees to build a transparent and networked culture within the community. I.
• Grew monthly activity for registered users above our goal of 85% within two years of our 2012 Jive launch
• Developed content, programming, and curation techniques that drove monthly engagement to a steady rate of 25-30% from 2014 to 2018
• Helped orchestrate and run our Strategy Jam, which drew participation from 300 leaders and 2,200 employees worldwide during the 32-hour event – more than 30% of our active user base
• Led the evaluation, selection and implementation of a new platform (Igloo) when we decided to change vendors
• Managed incredibly tight migration timeframe of four months – moved more than 1,200 spaces and 90,000 pieces of content and successfully re-launched on our planned target dateResponsibilities:
