I have experience developing and managing multimillion dollar budgets, creating successful marketing strategies, capturing market share and enhancing profitability. I am a dedicated and effective advocate and community education is a particular strength of mine. For business development, contract negotiation, financial management and other leadership skills, I have demonstrated the ability to effectively lead multi-unit operations. My training and experience as a certified Person Centered Thinking Mentor trainer and certified yoga teacher serves as lens through which I view my work and approach my role as Chief Culture Officer for Bios Companies. I believe my innovative, results-oriented, person-centered leadership approach is a great asset. My experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities and aging services has allowed me to lead my organization and my state toward person-centered organizations/systems.
