Led the development of the Park Royal Business Strategy and Delivery Plan for London’s largest regeneration project as part of the Mayor of London’s Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC). Helping deliver the Mayor’s vision for jobs and growth through the regeneration and enhancement of the Park Royal industrial estate.Worked closely with the Park Royal business community to understand their needs and the issues they faced. Developed and managed focused support to enable these businesses to harness the benefits of the regeneration project. Supported the socio-economic regeneration through business research, policy and demonstration projects to develop a 30-year vision for the development of the Park Royal industrial estate.
