I am an experienced business professional with an authentic passion for enabling others. My new book "Heads Up Mom" is singularly geared toward helping new moms gain more joy. In addition to being an author and ideas explorer, I have experience spanning the education, fitness, and consumer goods industries. I have both built a business from the ground up, and worked alongside and gained invaluable experience from a diverse group of consummate professionals at Procter & Gamble. Here, I had the opportunity to lead both sales increases of up to 30% for individual brands as well as institutionalize organizational building programs. Most importantly, my strong belief in doing the "hard right vs easy wrong" guides absolutely everything I do.
