For two summers I have worked as a Camp Director. This title means that I am in charge of leading my team of 20-25 staff members ranging in age from 18-28. From early March I begin outreach, training, and coordinating all the details for the summer. I have led teams as we drive across the country from Tennessee to California as we set up camps in 6 different states. At each camp, I am also in charge of all customer relations of weekly camp events ranging from 200-1,000 participants. I am the point person to ensure that each customer receives a positive experience leading up to camp and throughout the week.
