I am currently co-chair of First Parish Arlington's adult religious education committee. I organize, support, and lead programming of many kinds (social, spiritual, intellectual, etc.) for adults.I served as Clerk of the governing board for six years (2013-2019). In 2012 I started and then coordinated First Parish Arlington's Mass Incarceration Working.
My interests are varied, but the common theme is that I want to engage, and to help other people engage, with the big and challenging questions of our time. I enjoy learning and teaching, writing, editing, giving talks, leading worship services, leading discussion groups, reading and thinking. I have taught dozens of adult education classes through the.
