• Directed a program that assisted international patients in navigating through the healthcare system at U-M.
• Co-championed, launched and led an International Patient Program. Member of a task force that developed standard protocols and processes for the program.
• Managed all aspects of a $250K (annual), donor-funded patient support program that provided financial assistance to patients with thyroid eye disease.

• Directed the planning, development, and oversight of the Patient Facilitated Services program, which facilitates the clinical needs of major gift donors. Advised the Acting Associate VP and Chief Development Officer on.
• Promoted to a leadership role – Chief of Staff – after only five months as a Sr. Administrative Manager.
• Led a rebranding initiative for Patient Facilitated Services and designed standardized processes for donor qualification and administrative protocols.
• Coordinated non-medical logistics for a high-profile dignitary from the Middle East. Following successful treatment, the dignitary donated $1M in financial assistance for patients in need.

• Managed daily operations of a presidential campaign. Orchestrated numerous events, guided grassroots activities, and coordinated the activities of volunteers. Identified surrogates to speak on behalf of the candidate..
• Orchestrated the activities of countless volunteers to promote the candidate and his platform.
• Planned and coordinated numerous events – from business roundtables to large rallies of 5,000-10,000.

Michigan’s 1st Congressional District

• Directed all operations and coordinated constituent relations for the district. Developed and implemented legislative objectives, resolved local concerns, and created operating plans for four district offices and 10.
• Established four district offices and managed transition following a change in political party. Hired and screened nine employees, coordinated IT setup, and structured office operations.
• Developed strong relationships with local officials and community groups. Represented Congressman at community events when he was unavailable to attend.

• Managed campaign communication and debate preparation, and assisted with media outreach and messaging. Piloted mid-Michigan fundraising initiatives. Primary liaison to the Michigan Legislature and Congressional.
• Developed media messaging to address both routine and crisis response situations.
• Coordinated numerous press and media events, and managed news conferences.
• Key member of the fundraising team that raised over $2M and amassed the largest number of contributors.
• Enlisted surrogate speakers from members of the Michigan Legislature and Congressional Delegation to speak on behalf of the candidate, and coordinated speaking engagements

• Promoted through progressively-responsible positions – from lobbyist to political advocate to primary spokesperson for the association. Designed and implemented strategic communication plans, managed media relations.
• Designed and launched a multi-media “Code Blue” campaign that highlighted the value of Michigan hospitals to reduce funding cuts.
• Campaign Manager for “Citizens for a Healthy Michigan” – a statewide ballot initiative to secure tobacco settlement funding for smoking prevention and tobacco-related health care.
