I founded Everwell Publishing to harness the full spectrum of skills, tools, and resources I gathered while navigating substantial trauma and loss, channeling those experiences into a powerful message of healing and empowerment. The Ultimate Self-Care Handbook: 100+ Hassle-Free Ideas to Escape Burnout, Reduce Stress, and Reclaim Your Life was written with a spirit of resilience and grit. My mission is to inspire and uplift, helping others turn personal challenges into opportunities for growth and transformation with this first book in the Revive and Thrive series.

During my contract role, I led comprehensive trend research and competitor analysis to guide a team of designers in developing prints and graphics for seasonal apparel collections across Men, Women, Boys, Girls, Baby Boy, and Baby Girl divisions. I planned and executed brand-relevant photoshoots, showcasing the garments' aesthetics and functionality in active and lifestyle settings, while also acting as the on-site production manager to ensure smooth operations. I managed the creative asset editing process, ensuring high-quality visuals were optimized for use in catalogs, websites, and social media platforms. Additionally, I conducted research on emerging trends in catalog marketing and strategically planned the layout for four annual catalogs while overseeing the execution of that plan by creative.

I managed a portfolio of 30+ clients with competing design and production deadlines to bring 20MM in product offerings to life. Business strategy was a popular niche offering, giving small businesses the insight to expand into international markets and shepherd aspiring designers to launch their first product lines and e-commerce sites. Offering a range of self-help digital products (templates for tech pack, cost pack, mill sheets, Cut Tickets, POs, Vendor agreements etc) and live mastermind zoom calls provided both a marketing funnel and additional revenue stream for the business.

Drove design direction and production strategy by managing a team of design and production assistants, customer service reps and interns. Refined product offerings by liaising with Sales Reps, expanding the e-commerce site and brand reach beyond boutiques and Nordstrom to include Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Steinmart to grow sales 200% in under a year.

Market research, Created theme/mood boards for women's Italian Rock Climbing clothing, Delivered 60 concept sketches to build their first collection.

Designed, created and donated a one-of-a-kind ensemble for the Discarded to Divine event. My design was one of 10 selected out of hundreds to appear on the runway during the Gala event on April 26, 2012 at the SF Design Center. All runway items were auctioned off after the event and mine raised $875 for the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

I was recruited to this location as a last effort to reverse the plan for store closure due to extremely poor sales. By partnering with the management team to align to one cohesive strategy, we not only reversed the negative sales trend, we earned "Store of the Year" in 2004. I received the highest retail award, the Anderson Award, for my leadership and strategic planning to make this a reality. Since 2004, the Fremont location has been a thriving business.
