In 1983 I developed my own line of finely crafted glass work and then took them on the road. I was invited to display my work in fine craft galleries all over the United States and my work was in private art collections all over the world. I enjoy working in three dimensions and creating functional cold glass, making unique custom pieces with stained and beveled glass. I merge earth and art in my work by using crystals, unusual stones, natural pressed flowers and metals.

Managing Director of the Dialogue Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 that publishes a quarterly journal called Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought. I managed every aspect of the business, including creating and managing the budget, designing and implementing media campaigns, and with fundraising development. I worked closely with the production and editorial teams as well as the Foundation’s board of directors to ensure the journal maintained its quality, reputation, and subscriber base. I also served on the front lines, delivering first-rate customer service to subscribers and partner organizations. I consulted on their budget and trained the new staff during their organization restructuring and transition.

In charge of a staff of five. Duties included: setting sales goals, creating sales reports, training staff, scheduling, hiring, creating visually appealing displays, inventory control, department promotional campaigns.

I assisted in the Traffic Department getting all marketing materials created in the office to the printer. In the Media department-I managed the media buying for several large clients. I also conducted the company's promotional multi-media presentations when potential clients visited the office.
