Lori Lombardo is a Principal at Entrepreneur Partners, a Philadelphia-based investor in Direct Marketing, Printing, Packaging, Business Services companies. In addition to managing firm operations, she is responsible for originating opportunities, facilitating acquisitions, and supporting the firm's portfolio. Lori also provides buy-side advisory services related to Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Divestitures to select family-owned strategic acquirers.Prior to Entrepreneur Partners, Lori oversaw teams and projects for domestic and international lines of business as a Supervisor in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch corporate office. She led daily operations as well as post-merger integration initiatives within securities-based lending, compliance and letter of credit. She began her career in Reed Smith’s Corporate and Securities group, working with clients in the healthcare, energy, and nonprofit sectors.Lori holds an MS from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Bates College. She provides nonprofit advisory and philanthropic support to organizations in the Philadelphia and South Jersey communities in which she lives and works.
