CurrentProvide executive-level communications support for Customer Channels Group (global) and Research & Safety Market Division (North America and Emerging Markets) leadership. Develop and implement a targeted internal communications strategy and mechanisms to deliver overall strategic messaging to employees. Help drive employee involvement. Serve as liaison with Corporate Communications team to reinforce company-wide messages and standards. Support change management initiatives for Customer Channels and Research & Safety Market in conjunction with local human resources for site-related or business communication needs. Develop strategy and manage content for intranet and internal social media (Yammer).
