NMCAN partners with young people to improve their transition to adulthood through youth organizing and systems change advocacy. • Co-leads the organization’s strategic goals, objectives, and policies. • Supervises and supports the leadership team, which comprises Directors of Policy and Advocacy, Leadership Enrichment, and Operations.• Oversees the integration of Race, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (REDI) into organizational practices. Accomplishments included an improved staff recruitment/ hiring/ onboarding process, providing ongoing learning opportunities for staff, and supporting staff to integrate REDI into their own bodies of work. • Directs advancement strategies to secure new and recurring revenue.• Manages relationships with the Board of Directors.
